At Gorgeousebrighta, we want you to love your handmade accessories. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return process to ensure your happiness.
Return Eligibility
You may return most Gorgeousebrighta accessories within 30 days of delivery if they meet the following conditions:
- Item is unworn and in original condition
- All original tags and packaging are intact
- Item is not damaged or altered
- Proof of purchase is provided
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom-made or personalized accessories
- Items marked as final sale
- Earrings (for hygiene reasons, unless defective)
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Items returned after 30 days
How to Initiate a Return
To start your return:

- Describe the reason for your return
- We will provide a return authorization and shipping instructions
- Package your item securely in its original packaging
- Ship the item back to us within 7 days of authorization
Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item:
- We will inspect the accessory within 3 business days
- If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method
- Refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days depending on your bank
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
Exchanges
We are happy to exchange accessories for a different size, style, or color:
- Contact us to arrange an exchange
- Subject to availability of the desired item
- Price differences will be charged or refunded accordingly
- We will provide a prepaid shipping label for exchanges due to our error
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective accessory:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Include photos of the damage or defect
- We will arrange a replacement or full refund including shipping
- No need to return damaged items in most cases
Return Shipping
For standard returns:
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method
- Gorgeousebrighta is not responsible for items lost in return transit
- Returns due to our error will include a prepaid shipping label
International Returns
For orders shipped outside the United States:
- Customer is responsible for return shipping and any customs fees
- Please mark package as "Returned Goods" to avoid additional duties
- Processing time may be longer due to international shipping
