At Gorgeousebrighta, we want you to love your handmade accessories. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return process to ensure your happiness.

Return Eligibility

You may return most Gorgeousebrighta accessories within 30 days of delivery if they meet the following conditions:

  • Item is unworn and in original condition
  • All original tags and packaging are intact
  • Item is not damaged or altered
  • Proof of purchase is provided

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom-made or personalized accessories
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons, unless defective)
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
  • Items returned after 30 days

How to Initiate a Return

To start your return:

  • Contact us at request@gorgeousebrighta.world with your order number
  • Describe the reason for your return
  • We will provide a return authorization and shipping instructions
  • Package your item securely in its original packaging
  • Ship the item back to us within 7 days of authorization

Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item:

  • We will inspect the accessory within 3 business days
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method
  • Refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days depending on your bank
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange accessories for a different size, style, or color:

  • Contact us to arrange an exchange
  • Subject to availability of the desired item
  • Price differences will be charged or refunded accordingly
  • We will provide a prepaid shipping label for exchanges due to our error

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective accessory:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Include photos of the damage or defect
  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund including shipping
  • No need to return damaged items in most cases

Return Shipping

For standard returns:

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method
  • Gorgeousebrighta is not responsible for items lost in return transit
  • Returns due to our error will include a prepaid shipping label

International Returns

For orders shipped outside the United States:

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping and any customs fees
  • Please mark package as "Returned Goods" to avoid additional duties
  • Processing time may be longer due to international shipping
